ABOUT
PRAIRIE'S EDGE

In 2007, Tonya and Bennie started Prairie's Edge Garden Center out of our love for growing pumpkins and gardening.  Our children, Teagan and Payton, were smaller and have helped over the years. Recently we have added to family our son's wife Paige and our first grandchild, Margaret. Over the last 16 years we have only missed one year of the corn maze due to bad weather. We continue to grow and add to the business each year with additional greenhouse material and seasonal yard and home décor. Serving the Pike County and surrounding areas over the last 16 years has been enjoyable and we look forward to many more years.

WHAT'S GOING ON
AT PRAIRIE'S EDGE

After a short (but well deserved) winter's rest; you will find us busy in the greenhouses planting all our baby flowers and seeds for spring. We always have a huge variety of everyone's favorites. From early cool weather loving pansies, tulips & hyacinths to the hot sun loving petunias, lantanas & verbenas; we will be your one stop shop. During the spring planting season, we also provide a large selection of bulk garden seed and bulk landscaping mulch. Once the Missouri weather breaks, we will have a large offering of perennials that are zone approved for our climate. Our inside displays will be bright and beautiful with the colors of spring & summer; featuring seasonal holiday flags, décor & much more for your home and garden.
